Landlords have a range of responsibilities to ensure the safety of their tenants, including:

- an annual gas safety check on all gas appliances

- legionella testing

- Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)

We provide a range of services for Landlords, including general plumbing maintenance, landlord gas safety certificates and electrical PAT testing.  We can usually carry out all testing in one visit if required, minimising disruption for both landlords and tenants
